The aim of the 'Oostelijke Verbinding' is to realise the eastern section of the harbour route in order to divert through traffic and the main port bypass as much as possible.

Endeavour will work with governments, civil society, citizens' movements and residents to find a route where environmental quality, climate resilience and quality of life are central.
