Together with RE-ST, the municipality of Ravels and the province of Antwerp, we examined scenarios for possible redevelopment.

Before launching the workshops, we gauged through interviews with local stakeholders how the local community felt about the repurposing project.

In the first workshop, we focused together with the residents of Poppel on the programmatic approach.

In the second workshop, we evaluated the design scenarios in further detail with the people of Poppel to arrive at a broadly supported final design.
